Mango Almond Milk Shake (Aamras Style)

Mango Almond Milk Shake

A creamy, fruity shake using fresh alphonso or kesar mango with almond milk. A perfect summer drink for kids and adults.

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango (peeled and chopped, about 1 cup)
  • 1.5 cups Alt Milk fresh almond milk (chilled)
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • A pinch of saffron soaked in 1 tbsp warm water (optional)
  • 2 to 3 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add chopped mango and almond milk to a blender.
  • Add cardamom powder and saffron water.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add ice cubes and blend again for 10 seconds.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Tip: Do not add any sweetener. Fresh ripe mango and the natural flavor of almond milk together are sweet enough.
