Ingredients:
- ½ cauliflower
- ½ cup cashews
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups vegan milk
- Vegetables of your choice
- Seasonings(herbs, chilly flakes)
- Pasta of your choice
Instructions:
- In order to prepare the sauce, combine cauliflower, cashews, pepper, salt and milk in a mixer grinder until you get a creamy texture.
- Place a saucepan on the stove and fill it with water to boil pasta.
- Once the pasta is completely boiled, rinse the excess water off it.
- Saute all veggies of your choice in a pan, add the creamy white sauce preparation and add pasta to it.
- Lastly, top it up with oregano and chilly flakes, cook it for a couple of minutes, and you are good to go!
