A refreshing and fragrant lassi made with almond milk and rose. Great for summer afternoons, cooling the body, and festive gatherings.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Alt Milk fresh almond milk (chilled)
- 1/2 cup thick coconut yogurt or cashew yogurt (dairy-free)
- 1 tsp rose water (food grade)
- 1 tbsp edible dried rose petals
- 4 to 5 soaked and peeled almonds (blended for creaminess)
- 1 to 2 dates (pitted, for sweetness)
- A pinch of cardamom powder
- Ice cubes as needed
Instructions
- Add almond milk, coconut yogurt, soaked almonds, and dates to a blender.
- Blend for 30 to 40 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Add rose water and cardamom powder. Blend briefly for 10 seconds.
- Pour into two tall glasses over ice.
- Garnish with dried rose petals and a thin almond slice.
- Serve immediately.
Tip: For a thicker lassi, freeze the almond milk in an ice cube tray the night before and use 4 to 5 almond milk cubes in the blender.
