An overnight chia pudding with Indian spice flavors. Set it at night, eat it in the morning. High in fiber and omega-3.

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Alt Milk fresh almond milk
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- A few strands of saffron soaked in 1 tbsp warm water
- 1 tsp jaggery syrup or 2 mashed dates (optional)
- Toppings: sliced banana, pomegranate seeds, chopped nuts
Instructions
- Mix chia seeds and almond milk in a bowl or glass jar.
- Add cardamom powder, saffron water, and sweetener if using.
- Stir well for 1 minute to prevent clumping.
- Wait 5 minutes, then stir again.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
- In the morning, stir again, add toppings, and serve.
Tip: This is a great breakfast for kids, working adults, and people who want a no-cook morning meal.
