Ingredients
- 1 cup Alt Milk fresh almond milk
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder (or 1 tsp freshly grated ginger)
- A pinch of black pepper (mandatory, helps turmeric absorb better)
- 1 tsp jaggery, maple syrup, or stevia (optional)
Instructions
- Warm almond milk in a small saucepan on low heat.
- Add turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper.
- Whisk or stir continuously on low heat for 4 to 5 minutes. Do not boil.
- Add sweetener if desired.
- Pour into a mug and serve warm.
