Almond Milk Oat Meal

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • Fresh fruits and nuts for topping (optional)

Instructions:

  • In a small saucepan, combine almond milk, rolled oats, chia seeds, and sweetener.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and the oats are cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  • Top with fresh fruits and nuts if desired, and enjoy!
