Vegan Mayo

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup chickpea water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • ½ cup neutral flavored oil

Instructions:

  • With the help of a blender, blend chickpea water, lemon juice and mustard.
  • Gradually keep adding oil.
  • In 2-3 minutes, it will turn into a thickened paste, your vegan mayo is ready, store it in the fridge for 1-2 weeks, and enjoy!
