The easiest make-ahead breakfast. Rolled oats soaked overnight in fresh almond milk, swirled with peanut butter and topped with banana slices. No cooking, no stress.

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1.5 cups Alt Milk fresh almond milk
- 2 tbsp Alt Milk peanut butter
- 1 ripe banana (half mashed, half sliced for topping)
- 1 tsp maple syrup or 3 to 4 drops stevia (optional)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a jar or bowl, add rolled oats, almond milk, cinnamon, salt, and sweetener if using.
- Add mashed banana and peanut butter. Stir everything together until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- In the morning, give it a good stir. Add a splash of almond milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
- Top with banana slices and an extra drizzle of peanut butter.
- Serve chilled straight from the fridge.
Tip: Mash the banana directly into the oats before refrigerating — it naturally sweetens the whole jar so you may not need any added sweetener at all.
